This spring, Takara Create Co., Ltd. and KYUKARU SALON are proud to announce the opening of the new “KYUKARU GALLERY” on the iconic Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza Street in Karuizawa.

The gallery’s first floor will feature a permanent exhibition of the works of pop art master Romero Britto, presenting an exclusive opportunity to experience Britto’s vibrant world in Karuizawa for the first time. Known for his bold use of color and distinctive designs, Romero Britto has garnered fans worldwide, with iconic works such as “Heart” and “Smile” being widely recognized.

In addition, the Hope Bear Gallery at Ginza Tokyu Plaza will also undergo a renovation and reopen as “BRITTO GINZA,” marking the simultaneous launch of two locations in Japan.

“BRITTO KARUIZAWA” will have its grand opening on Saturday, April 12th, with Romero Britto himself attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony. We invite you to visit and experience the colorful and joyful world of Britto in Karuizawa.
